摘    要:采用现代设计理论研究充填管袋堤坝结构断面的优化设计问题。构建以充填管袋堤坝结构断面关键几何尺寸为设计变量,堤坝工程造价最低为目标函数,设计高水位、设计低水位以及水位骤降3种工况下的边坡稳定安全系数等为主要约束条件的结构优化设计数学模型,借助FLAC3D软件进行结构分析并验证其边坡稳定性,优化模型求解采用复合形法。实例计算结果显示:优化设计方案与原设计方案相比,堤坝结构工程造价降低22.7%,土工管袋抗拉强度达到临界约束,堤坝结构的受力和变形状态有所改善,优化调整效果明显且经济效益显著。

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the optimal design of the structural section of the geotextile tube dam via application of modern design theories. To realize this objective, a mathematical model for optimal design is proposed, with the key geometric sizes of dam section taken as the design variables, the minimum construction cost as the objective function, and the safety coefficient of slope stability under the working conditions of high and low design water levels and rapid reduction of water level as the main constraint condition. FLAC3D is used for structural analysis and verification of slope stability where the complex method is used to solve the optimal model. The obtained numerical results show that, compared with the original design scheme, the optimal design scheme can reduce the construction cost by 22.7%, the tensile strength of the geotextile tube reaches the critical constraint value, and the performance of the dam structure with stress and deformation is improved, which indicates the helpful effect of section optimization and high economic benefits.
