摘    要:核燃料组件由于长期处于高温、高压、高辐照等复杂多变环境中,变形燃料棒的锆合金包壳表面极易发生氧化现象。因此,研究组件氧化膜高精度检测装置与柔顺测量方法对核电站的安全运营至关重要。为此,通过借鉴胡克铰构型机理,研制出一款核燃料组件氧化膜检测装置,配合其搭载的膜厚测量探头,实现组件氧化膜厚度的高精度检测。同时,基于装置自身结构及各传感检测信息,建立装置检测过程中力控模型,并提出柔顺测量方法,以解决高危核燃料组件的柔顺检测问题。实验结果表明,装置能够满足组件氧化膜厚度检测精度要求,且其柔顺检测性能具备核电领域安全应用技术条件。

Abstract:Due to long-term exposure to complex and changeable environments such as high temperature, high pressure and high radiation, the zirconium alloy cladding surface of deformed fuel rods is prone to oxidation. Therefore, it is very important for the safety operation of nuclear power plant to research the film thickness high-precision detection device and the flexible measuring method. For this reason, by referring to the hook hinge configuration principle, a detection device for oxide film of nuclear fuel assembly was developed, which is equipped with the film thickness measuring probe to realize the high-precision detection of the assembly oxide film thickness. At the same time, based on the structure of the device and the sensor detection information, the force control model in the detection process of the device was established, and the flexible measurement method was proposed, so as to solve the flexible detection problem of high-risk nuclear fuel assembly. The experimental results show that the device can meet the requirement of the detection accuracy of assembly oxide film thickness, and its flexible detection performance is possessed with the technical condition for safe application in the field of nuclear power.
