中介机匣可调放气活门数值研究

摘    要:为研究中介机匣可调放气活门在不同进口工况下的放气特性及其对内涵出口总压畸变的影响,采用数值方法对不同活门开度和进口工况下的中介机匣流场进行了研究。结果表明:可调活门开度不变时,活门相对放气量基本恒定,与进口工况无关;进口工况和外涵道的流量变数在确定的活门开度下可近似看作线性关系;进口工况一定时,随着可调活门逐渐打开,由活门产生的附加涡系结构使得内涵出口近机匣处低压区范围变大,近轮毂处低压区范围基本不变,内涵总压损失加剧。

Abstract:In order to study the deflating characteristics of variable bleed valve of the intermediate casing duct and its influence on the total pressure distortion at the inner outlet under the different inlet condition, the paper studied the flow field of the intermediate casing duct in the different valve opening conditions and inlet conditions with numerical methods. The results show that when the opening of the valve is constant, the ratio of valve discharge mass is basically constant and does not change with the inlet condition. Inlet working condition and the flow variables of bypass can be regarded as a linear relationship when the valve opening is determined. When the inlet condition is constant, as the valve gradually opens, the additional vortex system structure generated by the valve en-larges the low-pressure area near the casing at the inner exit, and the low-pressure area near the hub is basically unchanged. The total pressure loss of the inner duct increases.
