摘    要:当前,世界一流学科建设是世界一流大学建设的重要支撑,成为优化高等教育体系的重要杠杆。为了提高学科建设效率评价的有效性,首先,本文将偏好强度比下限引入指标偏好DEA模型中,构建了偏好强度可调的DEA模型。其次,验证了通过设置不同的偏好强度比下限,该模型可以实现无偏好、偏好序以及具体偏好强度情形的效率测算。最后,运用该模型研究我国“世界一流大学”建设高校学科建设投入产出效率状况,选取2012-2015年我国32所教育部直属的985高校相关数据进行实证研究。实证研究的评价结果及启示有助于教育主管部门和相关高校深入分析学科建设的投入产出情况,可基于不同的发展阶段和实际情况进一步优化学科建设资源配置。

Evaluation of the Efficiency of Discipline Construction in Universities with the DEA Model with Adjustable Preference Intensity

Abstract:At present, the construction of world-class disciplines is an important support for the construction of world-class universities and an important lever for optimizing the higher education system. In order to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation of discipline construction efficiency, first of all, this paper introduces the lower limit of the preference intensity ratio into the index preference DEA model, and constructs a DEA model with adjustable preference intensity. Secondly, it is verified that by setting different lower limits of preference intensity ratio, the model can realize the efficiency measurement of no preference, preference order, and specific preference strength situations. Finally, the new DEA model was applied to research the input-output efficiency (IOE) of discipline construction of the world-class construction universities in China. Based on an empirical analysis of thirty-two 985 universities which are directly under Administration of the Ministry of Education from 2012 to 2015. The evaluation results and enlightenment of the empirical research can help the education authority and relevant universities to do more in-depth analysis of the input and output situation of discipline construction. The evaluation results can be further used to optimize the allocation of discipline construction resources based on different development stages and actual conditions.
