合成革干法生产线天然气供热系统的分析

摘    要:合成革是人们日常生活不可或缺的一种重要材料,但传统的基于燃煤导热油为热源的合成革生产过程是一个高耗能、重污染过程,对合成革生产线供热系统的“煤改气”是合成革行业实现低碳环保的重要环节。为使合成革生产线“煤改气”达到既环保又经济可行的目的,需要进行合成革生产线供热系统的传热传质及耗能分析。为此,本文基于热力学第一、第二定律,建立了适用于天然气末端供热系统的火用损分析理论模型,进行了合成革生产线天然气供热系统热力参数的实测工作,利用所建理论模型分析计算了实际干法生产线供热系统的火用损率。结果表明供热系统的火用损主要集中于天然气燃烧、烟气混合传热、过流通道的沿程阻力和尾气排放四个方面。通过改进燃烧器结构、改善换热方式、优化风道风排结构以及利用尾气预热燃烧器助燃空气等措施,可有效降低供热系统的火用损,提高能源的利用效率。

Abstract:Synthetic leather is an indispensable important material in people"s daily life, but the traditional synthetic leather production process based on the heat source of coal-fired heat transfer oil is a high energy-consumption and severely polluting process. "Burning natural gas instead of coal" is an important step for the low-carbon and environmental protection of the synthetic leather industry. In order to achieve the goal of environmental protection and economic feasibility of the "burning natural gas instead of coal" of synthetic leather production lines, heat and mass transfer and energy consumption of the heating system of synthetic leather production lines are required analysis. Based on the first and second laws of thermodynamics, this paper establishes a theoretical model for exergy analysis applicable to natural gas end heating systems, conducts practical tests of the thermal parameters of natural gas heating systems for synthetic leather production lines, and analyzes exergy using the established theoretical models and calculate the exergy rate of the actual dry process line heating system. The results show that the exergy loss of the heating system is mainly concentrated on four aspects: natural gas combustion, flue gas mixed heat transfer, on-path resistance of the gas channel, and exhaust emissions. By improving the structure of the burner, improving the heat exchange method, optimizing the structure of the air duct and exhaust air, and using the exhaust gas to preheat combustion air of burner.it can effectively reduce the exergy loss of the heat system and improve the energy efficiency.
