非均匀成核法在石墨表面改性研究中的应用

摘    要:采用非均匀成核法,将Al(OH)3包覆在天然鳞片状石墨表面,制备出包覆Al(OH)3的天然鳞片状石墨,探讨了影响石墨表面包覆效果的关键因素,结果表明,pH值,处理温度和涂层物质前驱体的加入量是影响包覆效果的关键因素。通过SEM对石墨试样的表面形貌观察表明,改性石墨表面均匀地包覆了一层Al(OH)3。

Abstract:In this paper, heterocoagulation is applied in coating aluminum hydroxide on natual flaky graphite and coated graphite is produced. Effects of technical condition on properties of coated graphite is studied , and it is found that pH value, temperature and concentration are the most important factors. By means of SEM , the surface of coated graphite is investigated,showing that graphite has been coated by aluminum hydroxide evenly
