| 摘 要： | 本文主要探索6S管理在装备制造业企业中的应用,首先对6S管理的起源、6S管理的含义和目的进行了诠释,其次对装备制造业实施6S管理能够带来企业形象改善、生产效率进行了阐述,同时从普及阶段和深化阶段两个方面对装备制造业中的实施过程进行详细分析,最后完整的介绍了6 S管理在装备制造业企业所取得效果。
