PAC分析方法的研究与数据微机处理

摘    要:聚羟基氯化铝(PAC),具有很强的净水能力。目前均采用络合中和法测定盐基度,不仅操作繁琐,且不易测准。本研究用电位滴定法,测定铝氯当量比Al]/Cl]。将采集数据,输入 Apple-Ⅱ中,经数据处理,显示屏幕,图象清晰,方法简单,数据准确,对产品间控有着重要意义。

Abstract:Polyhydrolyzed Aluminium Chloride (PAC) has very high water purification capacity, however the determination of basicity, the main specification of PAC products, is not only complicated also difficult to be accurately carried out. This study makes use of potentiometric titration to measure the equivalent ratio of aluminium to chloride(B' = Al]/Cl]) and micro-computer in data processing, which replaces the measurement of basicity. Being accurate and simple, this method has great significance in the intermediate control of product quality. It can also be applied to the determination of chloride content in food, medicine and chemical products.
