| Abstract: | As scientific and technological intension is the foundation of enterprise's development, seed enterprises should set up a standardized system and the system of self-breeding to meet various needs of the market. "Honesty first" should be the theory of management and the behavior violating the regulations of market economy must be stopped, to ensure a good image in the consumers' minds. |
