| 摘 要： | 从事实上讲,民主化、多元化和科学化是当代社会的本质特征;从理论上讲,权威不仅是一种权力关系,也是一种心理关系.这两点就决定了试图以单纯的"法治"理念或"德治"理念去构建当代政府权威的想法是不现实的.本文认为法理性为主,兼顾情感支持与实效性的统一才是当代政府权威的应有模式.

| Abstract: | In fact, the contemporary society is featured by democratization, polarization and sicentification; theoretically speaking, authority is not only related to power, but also related to psychology. Therefore it is im practical to construct the modern governmental authority simply in the concept of ruled by law or ruled by moral ity. The author argues that the integration of jurisprudence, the main principle, emotionalism and effectiveness should be the right model for contemporary governmental authority. |
