摘    要:宋代盂元老的《东京梦华录》在描写繁华的都市生活的同时,也展现了宋代昌盛的饮食文化。从《东京梦华录》中记载的果子、包子、冰雪、豆芽菜这四种小吃可以看到宋代饮食文化的繁荣。宋代饮食文化对中国饮食文化的发展起到了承前启后的重要作用。

Abstract:Reminiscences of the Eastern Capital takes Dongjing as research object, records folklore in the Song Dynasty. It includes the layout of the streets, shops and restaurants in the city, and holidays and celebrations, etc. It takes the folklore in people's daily life as entirety. It includes the depiction of the ancient metropolis life, and also shows the prosperous cuisine culture of the Song Dynasty. Here are four kinds of snacks in the Song Dynasty. These four ones reflects the influence of cuisine culture of the Song Dynasty on that of China.
