| 摘 要： | 确定手性分子的绝对构型对了解手性分子在生物体系中的功能有非常重要的意义。手性光学法和核磁共振法为确定天然产物绝对构型和构象的有力工具，本文对近几年来这两种研究方法在天然产物绝对构型研究中的应用进行了综述。

| Abstract: | It is important to verify the absolute configuration of chiral molecular in order to know its function in creature. Chiroptical and NMR methods are practical tools for determining the absolute configuration of natural products.In this paper,chiroptical and NMR methods for determining the absolute configuration of natural products of late years are reviewed. |
