高速龙门铣床五轴联动的结构设计

摘    要:对现在机床的五轴联动结构进行了结构分析、对比,设计出了高速龙门铣床五轴联动的结构。五轴联动结构设计中又主要对五轴联动铣头(行业中称"五轴头")进行了设计,结构中采用了精密齿轮啮合与双导程蜗轮蜗杆驱动,既保证了结构紧凑,精度也较高。

Abstract:This paper analyses and compares the structure of the present five axis cooperation of machine tool and designs five axis cooperation structure of high-speed plane miller,mainly five axis cooperation miller head.Precision gear meshing and dual lead wormwheel and worm driving are used in the structure,which guarantees compact structure and high precision.
