关于数学教师专业化内涵的思考

摘    要:数学教师专业化是数学教育现代化的必然要求,是世界数学教师教育发展的必然趋势。探讨数学教师专业化的内涵,就是从理论上构建科学的数学教师专业化知识体系,从而提高专业学术水平,促进数学教师专业化。数学教师专业化的内涵包括四个部分:专业理念、专业理论知识、专业实践经验、专业创造性,这四个部分层次分明且又互相渗透、互相制约、互相促进。

Abstract:It goes without saying that modernization of mathematic teaching demands the specialization of mathematic teachers, which is an inevitable trend of current educational development. To explore the implication of such a specialization is to construct a theoretical and scientific system which focuses on the specialization of mathematic teachers so that academic proficiency can be improved. As far as I am concerned, the connotation of mathematic teachers' specialization falls into the following four parts: professional concept; professional theory; professional experience in practice as well professional creativity, which mutually promote and interfere with each other.
