关于数学教师专业化内涵的思考

数学教师专业化是数学教育现代化的必然要求，是世界数学教师教育发展的必然趋势。探讨数学教师专业化的内涵，就是从理论上构建科学的数学教师专业化知识体系，从而提高专业学术水平，促进数学教师专业化。数学教师专业化的内涵包括四个部分：专业理念、专业理论知识、专业实践经验、专业创造性，这四个部分层次分明且又互相渗透、互相制约、互相促进。

A Reflection on Connotation of Mathematic Teachers' Specialization

It goes without saying that modernization of mathematic teaching demands the specialization of mathematic teachers, which is an inevitable trend of current educational development. To explore the implication of such a specialization is to construct a theoretical and scientific system which focuses on the specialization of mathematic teachers so that academic proficiency can be improved. As far as I am concerned, the connotation of mathematic teachers' specialization falls into the following four parts: professional concept; professional theory; professional experience in practice as well professional creativity, which mutually promote and interfere with each other.
