| 摘 要： | 为了深入贯彻落实国家关于高职院校以就业为导向的文件精神，及时了解毕业生就业状况，推动教育教学改革，在宁波职业技术学院毕业生就业情况跟踪调查的基础上，具体分析了毕业生的思想状况、就业意向、就业岗位、社会认可等情况以及存在的问题，并提出了应对的措施和建议。
