氧气对生物质气化气及焦油成分影响的实验研究

摘    要:生物质气化再燃是生物质能利用的较好方式之一.生物质气化再燃技术中,气化气及焦油的不同组成对再燃效果有所影响.自行设计搭建热功率为10 kW的上吸式生物质气化炉,进行典型生物质燃料木屑的气化实验,通过改变气化剂空气的量,研究氧气对生物质气化气及焦油成分的影响.实验结果表明,氧气量增加,气化气中主要组分的体积含量均有所增加,而焦油中占据主要比重的酚类物质相对含量减少.此研究为生物质气化再燃技术的开发提供一定的理论指导.

Abstract:Biomass gasification for reburning is one kind of the most promising ways of biomass utilization. Different syngas and tar composition will influence the NO reduction effect in the biomass gasification for reburning process. A 10KWth updraft biomass gasifier was designed and built, and experiments on wood gasification have been carried out to study the effect of oxygen content on syngas and tar composition. The relative content of the main gas species in the syngas rise with the air flow rate increase, but the relative content of phenolic compounds, which share a large part in the tar, decline with the air flow rate increase from the experimental results. It provides a theoretical guidance for the development of biomass gasification for reburning technology.
