水塔花人工种子的研究

摘    要:对水塔花人工种子制作的研究,以筛选适合浓度Alginate包埋基质作水塔花的人工种子胚乳,结果表明,用2.0%的Alginatel包埋基质作水塔花人工种子的胚乳较合适,同时,提出在人工种子的“种皮”上添加防腐剂以提高人工种子在带菌的基质上发芽率的展望。

Abstract:This paper made a study of the Bilbergia pyramidalis artifiicial seeds.Optimal concentration of Alginate encapsulate was chosen as seed skin of the Bilbergia pyramidalis artificial seed.The results showed that 0.2% Alginate as seed skin of the Bilbergia pyramidalis artificial seed was better,and it is suggested to add preservative in the seed skin of artificial seeds so as to improve budding rate of the artifcial seed matrix in the state of possessing bacteria.
