| 摘 要： | 相对于东部沿海地区，我国中西部地区社会经济发展具有得天独厚的资源优势，同时也面临着巨大的生态压力。本文就中西部地区资源环境主要特点及其成因进行分析，初步探讨资源环境开发与保护对策，以期能促进中西部资源的开发和生态环境的有效保护与整治。

| Abstract: | Compared to the Eastern part of china,the Middle and western part has particular resources advantage in its social and economic development,but it is under much pressure in its ecology.The article deals with the main characteristics and causes of the Resources and Environment in the Middle and Western part of china,it attempts to give some solutions of the problem of the development and protection of the Resources and Environment in order to promote its appropriate development and offective protection of ecological Environment. |
