| 摘 要： | 盐胁迫下苜蓿叶绿体内SOD同工酶与对照组较大的差异，对照组中迁移率较快的SODC1C2酶谱带一经盐处理后消失，这二条酶谱带可能与植物的盐代谢密切相关。

| Abstract: | SOD isoenzymes under the salt coercion are different from that under the CKgroup in alfalfa's chloroplast.SODC 1C 2 flocculuses that move quickly at the CK group disapperar under the salt coercion .The two flocculates are closely correlated with salt metabolism. |
