| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤手术前患者家属的焦虑、抑郁状况。方法以Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）对50例肿瘤手术患者家属及55例年龄及文化相当的健康人群进行测评。结果患者家属组不同程度焦虑及抑郁状况的人数均高于健康人群组。焦虑标准分患者家属组与健康人群组之差别无统计学意义；抑郁总分与健康人群组之差别有统计学意义。结论肿瘤患者家属的心理存在不同程度的焦虑及抑郁状况，在对患者进行心理护理的同时，亦应对患者家属进行适当的心理疏导。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the anxiety and depression status of oncologic patient's family member be-fore operation.Methods:50 oncologic patient s' family member were investigated by Zung's Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and compared with 55 age-and culture-matched healthy person.Results: The people with different degree of anxiety and depression in the experi-ment group was more than the control group.The total depression score was found significantly difference and the the standard score of anxiety were of no statistical difference between two groups.Conclusion:Ade-quate psychological guidance should be given to patients' family member. |
