| 摘 要： | 根据IP电话的原理及应用，结合高速公路对广域网络和通信系统的需求，给出了在高速公路上实现IP电话系统的基本应用模型，并以此模型为基础对语音的压缩、传输和网络控制进行了分析。结果表明，在高速公路上实施IP电话系统是完全适宜的。
