摘    要:提出了一种基于运动估计和边缘检测的隔行到逐行扫描图象的变换技术,这种方法对隔行到逐行扫描图象变换分成3种模式,并且提出了适合于隔行到逐行扫描图象变换的隔场运动估计和邻场运动补偿的方法,其中在运动模式和场内模式中都用到了方向性相关技术。

Abstract:A technique of interlaced to progressive conversion (IPC) based on motion estimation and edge detection is presented,in which there are three modes to reconstruct the missing pixels.Motion estimation is on every other field while motion compensation is from adjacent field,which is suitable for IPC.Directional correlation is used in both motion mode and intra field mode.
