| Abstract: | Proposes that only when the leaders' constantly improve their qualities of political,theory,ethical,knowledge,physic and psychology,decision,organization, innovation,strategic thinking,choice of right person,can they meet the needs of the era.Considers that strengthening the leaders' own trainings,enhancing their education levels,increasing practices,and devoting more efforts to supervising managements are all effective ways to improve the qualities and abilities of the leaders. |
