| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性胆囊炎的时机与预后。方法：对28例急性胆囊炎病人行急诊或早期手术治疗。结果：28例平均随访2a零3mo，无术中意外损伤，伤口一期愈合，8-14d内治愈出院，未发生l例严重并发症。结论：急性胆囊炎急诊或早期手术，能缩短病程，较快缓解症状，减轻病人的经济负担和精神负担。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the operative time and prognosis of acute cholecystitis.Methods:28 cases of acute cholecystitis were treated early by operation.Results:The 28 cases were followed up 2^3 years on an average time,there isn't any cases of serious complication.Conclusions:Operation in time could shorten the course of the disease,relaxed symptoms and lighten the burden of economy and mind.of the patients. |
