| 摘 要： | 经典的105℃恒重法测定物质含水量仍是水分测定的标准方法。但是,由于恒重法操作复杂、测定所需的时间长,所以难以在现场或需要实时控制含水量的生产场合使用。这就导致了多种快速水分测定仪的问世。快速水分测定仪利用了被测物品的某些对水分敏感的物理特性用间接的方法测定物品含水量。这类仪器在使用前必须对仪器的指示值进行标定。本文提出了水分测定仪的一种新的定标方法——浮动定标。以此可以消除由于被测物品品种的差异或测试条件的变化而造成的定标误差、提高仪器的定标精度、扩大仪器的适用范围。本文详细论述了浮动定标的原理并给出了一种电容式水分测定仪采用浮动定标的设计实例。

| Abstract: | A new calibration method of moisture teller is presented.This method can be used for eliminating calibrati on errors from differences both of measured materials and conditions during measuring,raising calibration accuray and extending the scope of application of moisture teller.A design example of moisture teller based on capacitance sensor is described. |
