爆裂型天然焦的工业化处理工艺

摘    要:本文介绍了一种裂型天然焦的工业化处理工艺,可使天然焦在引入热风的窑炉中的50℃~500℃温度段内(分若干温区)从低温向高温连续加热处理一定时间,转变成非爆裂天然焦。处理后的块状天然焦是一种廉价,优质的洁净型燃料,作为工业,民用原煤的替代品使用,能大大降低目前的烟煤型污染。

Abstract:This paper introduces an industrialized treating technology of cracking cokeite. The temperature section from 50 to 500 in the furnace with hot-air induced can be devided into several temperature zones.And the cracking cokeite will be transformed into non-cracking cokeite after a certain.period of time of continuous heating process from lower temperature to highr temperature in these temperature zones. The treated lump cokeite,which is a kind of cleaner fuel with low price and high quality,can reduce the smoke pollution greatly if it is used as the substitutor of raw coal for industrial and civil purpose.
