切槽爆破技术在赛马花岗石矿的试验

目前国内中小型石材矿山大多采用钻孔爆破法和钻孔打楔法进行石材开采和大块料石分割。为了充分利用自然资源,降低开采时原石损失,提高料石出荒率,提高矿山生产能力,作者将切槽爆破新工艺在辽宁省凤城县赛马花岗石矿进行了小规模的工业试验。试验取得了良好的效果。将此试验的结果与该矿原用的开采、分割方法进行了比较,得出的结论是:切槽爆破法开采、分割天然建筑石材值得在全国中小型石材矿山推广使用。

The Testing of Cutting Explosion Technology in Shaima Granite Quarry

At present, borehole explosion and borehole wedging methods are widely used in mining rock materials and cutting block raw rock in middle and small rock material quarry in China. In order to exploit natural resources efficiently .decrease the losincrease the gross ratio of the raw rock and productivity,the authors made a small scale industrial test with the new technology of cutting explosion in Shaima Granite Quarry,Fengcheng,Liaoning province,and got a good test result. Comparing the testing result with the mining and cutting methods used in the quarry, the conclusion is:It is valuable that cutting explosion method is used more widely in mining and cutting natural building rock materials in middle and small rock material quarries.
