| 摘 要： | 通过对各种系统的综合研究，发现系统在生长（发展）时，其生长（聚集）速率与其结构的调整速率（系统的扩散速率）必须保持协调一致，或者说系统在规模（数量）上的增加必须与其质的变化相一致，否则，系统就会由生长、兴旺、走向萎缩、衰败和死亡。由此建立了系统可持续发展的一般原理。
