| 摘 要： | 提出了一个拟生灭过程模型，给出过程的稳态分布及条件随机分解定理。各种只允许部分服务台进入休假状态的Ｍ／Ｍ／Ｃ排他系统，包括空竭和半空竭服务规则，同步多重休假、同步单重休假及同步启动时间等策略的Ｍ／Ｍ／Ｃ排队，均可由该模型给出统一的处理。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we put forward amodel of quasi birthand death, and give the stable distributions and the results ofconditional stochastic decompositions. Accoording to thismodel, we can settle various M/M/c queuing systems with onlypartial servers in vacations. |
