高校教师视网膜动脉硬化眼底普查结果与分析

通过检眼镜检查眼底动脉改变程度来确诊动脉硬化、高血压等疾病，探索出能够利用观察眼底改变来诊断相关疾病的方法，从而做到早发现、早治疗，减少动脉硬化、高血压等疾病的危害．通过对高校教师眼底的普查，发现在高校教师群体中，眼底改变程度已相当严重．说明动脉硬化、高血压等已成为影响高校教师身体健康的主要疾病，而且发病年龄更趋年轻化．因此，加强高校教师自我保护意识，提高教师整体健康水平已迫在眉睫．此次眼底普查结果分析表明：眼底改变与年龄有着密切关系，年龄越大眼底发生改变者所占的比率越大；眼底发生改变与性别、病程没有直接关系；血压高者发生眼底改变的几率大，血压低者发生眼底改变的几率相对较小．

Results and Analysis of the Investigation on Arteriosclerosis and Retina in College Faculty

Some diseases, changes of eye-ground, using such as arteriosclerosis and hypertension, can be diagnosed by examining the eye-inspectoscope. If other relationships between the changes of eye-ground and other related diseases can be found, the diseases will be diagnosed and treated earlier and the risk of suffering arteriosclerosis and hypertension can be reduced. Through the eye ground investigation of faculty in college, it can be found that the changes of eye-ground are serious. It illuminates that arteriosclerosis and hypertemsion have been common in college faculty and the patients have become younger. Thus, it is urgent for college faculty tO enhance the consciousness of self-protect and improve the health situation. Meanwhile, our investiga tion data indicated that there is strongly plus relation between eye-ground change and age. Gender and sicken period have no influence on eye-ground change, Furthermore, high blood-pressure class has much more opportunity on eye-ground change than the lower class.
