干燥寒冷环境对小鼠生物表征的影响

摘    要:模拟新疆特有的干燥寒冷环境,以观察其对小鼠体重及一系列生物表征的影响。采用30只ICR小鼠随机分为对照组(15只)和干燥寒冷环境组(15只),每日称重并观察其各种生物表征,共28天。结果表明,①干燥寒冷环境组小鼠和对照组小鼠相比,第1 ̄6天和7 ̄12天出现明显差异,第13 ̄24天这种差异变得无统计学差异;②和正常对照组相比,干燥寒冷环境组小鼠出现一系列异常表现,主要体现在情志上,具体表现为打斗撕咬剧烈、异常性行为活动,有些小鼠在饲养笼内持续作逆时针转圈运动。表明干燥寒冷环境除引起小鼠各种生物表征的改变外,对小鼠的影响较特殊的表现在情志上。

Abstract:This study simulates Xinjiang's unique dry and cold environment to observe the effect of dry and cold environment on the weight and biological characterization of mice. 30 ICR mice were divided into two groups randomly as normal control group and dry and cold environment group, and the body weight and biological characterization of the mice were observed everyday. The results show that, 1) with respect to their weight, no difference was found between the two groups before the mice were put into the dry and cold environment, but during the first 1-6 days and 7-12 days after one group of mice were put into the dry and cold environment the difference was significant, and during 13-24 days the difference became not significant statistically; 2) compared with the control group, a series of abnormal performance were found, mainly in the emotional behaviour, such as fighting, abnormal sexual activities and anti-clockwise movement along the cage's edge. It is concluded that the climatic chambers can be used to simulate Xinjiang's unique environment and this environment can influence the mice's biological characterization especially in emotional behaviour.
