| 摘 要： | 以高校乒乓球选项课学生为研究对象,在高校乒乓球选项课教学中进行多球练习法的实验研究.结果表明:实验组的成绩优于对照组,说明在高校乒乓球选项课教学中运用多球练习法是有效的.

| Abstract: | Takes the students who choose the ping-pang selective course,as the object of study.It does research on the experiment study on the practice method of continuous balls in the ping-pang selective course teaching in the colleges and universities.According to the marks of the experiment team superior to that of the contrase team,it describes the result,which prove the practice method of continuous balls to be much effective in the ping-pang teaching. |
