| Abstract: | There are many uncertainties in the process of putting a project in practice, such as stochastic, fuzzy, unknown and unexpected incident uncertainty etc. By using the uncertainty theory of set pair analysis, this paper gives the classifying method of uncertainty in network planning based on IDC(Identity-Discrepancy-Contrary) connection number and analyzes their relationship among these uncertainties. The results in the paper provide a brand-new idea for managing and controlling the network planning in the uncertainty environment. |
