川芎嗪-双黄连-病毒唑对大鼠肺间质纤维化作用及其机理研究

气管灌注博莱霉素建立肺间质纤维化大鼠模型，次日或第15天腹腔注射川芎嗪－双黄连－病毒唑，采用Lowry法和MDA－TBA比色法及日本岛津UV－120－02型分光光度计测定大鼠肺组织羟氢酸，胶原蛋白和过氧化脂质含量，并对动物体重，存活率，肺组织病理学进行观察，结果表明，给药第28天，测定川芎嗪－双黄连－病毒唑组肺组织胶原蛋白和羟脯氨酸含量比给药第14天时分别降低了37.1%和33．0％，肺组织病理学检查，炎性细胞，纤维化程度明显降低，动物体重，存活率均有所增加。

Study of the mechanism of effect of Ligustilide-Shuanghuanglian-Virazole on pulmonary interstitial fibrosis of rats

The models of PIF (pulmonary interstitial fibrosis) were copied by pouring BLMA5 (Bleomycin A5)into the trachea of rats. Ligustilide-Shuanghuanglian-Virazole(LSV) was injected into abdominal cavity of rats the next day or on the 15th day after pouring BLMA5 for 14 d or 28 d running. According to the methods of Lowry and MDA-TBA,the level of Hyp, collagen and lipid peroxide of lung tissue of rats were determined by spectrophotometer(UV-120-02,Japan).The results showed that the Hyp and collagen levels of lung tissue of rats,which was 37.1% and 33.0% respectively, were significantly lower after 28 d of injecting medicine than that of 14 d in LSV rats. The pathological change in LSV rats, such as inflammatory cell, fibrosis, was significantly reduced, but the body weight and the survival rate were increasing.
