| 摘 要： | "九一八"事变后,国内掀起了一场宪政运动的浪潮。与此同时,一些原本坚持民主宪政理念的知识分子却转而鼓吹独裁论。分析这一看似反常的论调的产生原因、主要内容及其结果,从一个方面揭示近代中国民主宪政进程的曲折经历。
