自抗扰控制技术在过热器主蒸汽温度控制系统中的应用

摘    要:研究了自抗扰控制技术在过热器主蒸汽温度控制系统中的应用。首先介绍了过热器主蒸汽温度控制系统的机理模型,然后介绍了自抗扰控制的基本原理。最后,设计了自抗扰控制器,并介绍了其参数整定方法,并在过热器主蒸汽温度控制中仿真应用。仿真结果表明这种方法可以有效抑制随机扰动下的汽温波动,为实际的工程设计提供了一个新思路。

Abstract:The application of auto-disturbance-rejection technique in main steam temperature control system of superheater is investigated. First, the development of main steam temperature model is introduced, then is the principles of auto disturbance rejection controller and its parameter adjustment. In this thesis, new controller based on auto disturbance rejection control theory is designed to improve the main steam temperature control quality of superheater. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective in main steam temperature control system.
