| 摘 要： | 网络媒体综合了其它媒体的特点，并具有强大的交互特性。网络课程的设计实施则是网络媒体能否在教育教学中发挥优势的关键。本文在分析网络课程特点的基础上，详细讨论了网络课程的系统设计模式和实施方案，最后给出了网络学习的功能模块。

| Abstract: | Internet media integrates the characteristics of other medias,whose possesses are of great interaction. The designation and implementation of the web-based courses have become the focus of education. Based on the characteristics and the implementing principles of web-based course, this paper will discuss in detail the designing model and implementing methods of web-based course, and give the functional model of learning through Internet. |
