| 摘 要： | 目的 研究磁共振成像（MRI）在外伤性半月板损伤中的意义。方法 分析30例44个半月板外伤后病变的MRI表现，与手术结果相对照。结果对外伤性半月板的损伤，MRI可准确地显示其损伤程度及损伤部位，对半月板撕裂的诊断与手术结果基本一致。结论 MRI可准确显示半月板形态及病理变化，在外伤性半月板损伤的诊断中有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate clinic application of MRI in traumatic semilunar plates injuries.Methods MRI finding of 44 meniscuses tear of 30 cases suffering from trauma were compared with postoperative results.Results MRI clearly demonstrate different degrees and area of meniscal injuries,and the diagnosis of meniscal tear was basically consistent with the postoperative results.Conclusion MRI could show accurately the appearances and pathologic changes of semilunar plates.MRI is important play in the diagnosis of semilunar plates injuries. |
