| 摘 要： | 从体系对抗的角度研究战争或作战问题是应对军事变革的一种新思路。本文首先说明信息时代体系对抗仿真的必要性；然后论述系统效能度量分析的基本原理，从而引出体系效能度量分析原理；接着探讨用试探性建模与分析方法来对体系效能进行度量分析，提出一个分析框架；最后概要介绍用试探性建模与分析方法对一个战区级体系对抗模型进行体系效能分析的例子。

| Abstract: | Developing war or operation in the system of systems(SoS) combat perspective is a new thinking to response to Revolution in Military Affairs. The paper firstly analyzes the importance of the SoS combat simulation in the information age. Then the concepts and the theory of measures of effectiveness(MOEs) of system are analyzed and the theory of SoS effectiveness analysis is proposed. As follows, a framework of SoS effectiveness analysis with the method of exploratory modeling and analysis is given. Finally, it introduces an example of SoS effectiveness analysis in a theater model. |
