不结球白菜子叶离体培养与植株再生的研究

摘    要:以不结球白菜(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis Makino)"矮萁苏州青"子叶为外植体,研究了激素浓度和AgNO_3浓度组合对不结球白菜离体培养的影响.结果表明:诱导不定芽形成的最佳培养基为MS+0.3 mg/L NAA+5 mg/L 6-BA;在此基础上添加5 mg/L AgNO_3可显著提高不定芽的诱导频率,芽诱导频率高达31.3%;生根最佳培养基为含有0.3 mg/L NAA的1/2MS培养基.该研究初步建立了"矮萁苏州青"的植株再生体系,为用基因工程手段开展不结球白菜分子育种奠定了基础.
