山西省中国沙棘天然居群表型多样性研究

摘    要:在中国沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis)天然分布区选择8个居群,代表山西省西南、东南和北部地区,对叶片、种子、果实的13个表型性状进行统计分析.变异系数(Cv)在3.1%~26.5%之间,表型性状存在丰富的多样性.营养性状变异度水平最大,平均变异系数(Cv)为20.1%;种子性状最小,平均为8.98%;西南地区果实性状有较高的多样性,平均变异系数(Cv)达到20.9%.单因素方差分析显示居群间和地区间多个性状存在显著差异(P〈O.01);相关分析和聚类分析显示地区间的差异没有明显的地理模式.

Abstract:Thirteen phenotypic traits of leaf,seed and fruit are measured and analyzed based on eight populations in Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis,which are selected from their natural distribution localities in the westsouth,eastsouth and north area in Shanxi Province.There are abundant phenotypic diversities within the populations and their coefficients of variation(Cv) are between 3.1% and 26.5%.The level of variation in traits of vegetative organs is the highest and its average Cv is 20.1%.The level of variation in traits of seed is the lowest and its average Cv is 8.98%.The level of variation in traits of fruit is higher in the westsouth localities than in other localities and its average Cv is 20.9%.ANOVA analysis shows that there are significant differences in most morphological traits among populations and three localities.The results of related analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis show that there are no clear patterns of phenotypic variation in different localities.
