| Abstract: | Proportional counters are widely used in measuring X-ray energy spectrum. In order to execute reliable quantitative analysis of elements in a sample, a reasonable selection of the proportional counter, the radioactive source, and a proper geometry between them are very important. The authors have studied these problems except the radioactive source. |
