| 摘 要： | 独立学院作为地方高校,由于依托母校、起步较晚,在科研发展上面临着诸多困境。为提升独立学院的科研实力,独立学院应在科研管理上具有自己的管理特色,健全各项科研规章制度、以基础研究带动应用研究、在科研管理方向上突出地方特色,以此提高独立学院科研管理的效率和水平,增强独立学院为社会经济和科技发展服务的能力。
