| Abstract: | In this paper, a speaker-dependent Chinese speech recognition system that is able to identify 1000 commonused sentences on mobile telephones was designed and realized using the strategy of bottom-to-top. The effect and influence of multiple speech elements on Chinese speech recognition system are researched and compared. The design ideology and realization method to develop a Chinese half-syllable speech recognition system are also demonstrated by a series of experiments. |
