| Abstract: | In paper, the principles of mine safety evaluation index method which combines the experiences and intelligence of on-the-spot technical managers are explaimed.The safety management of coal mine spontaneous combustion can be taken quantitatively. and the on-line management of computers and scientific safety management of the whole coal mine are made possible.The applicabilty and availability of the abovementioned method has been sufficiently verified in Kailuan Mines Bureau. |
