| 摘 要： | 可靠性寿命试验是装备可靠性增长改进中考核评估的重要内容，采用加速试验法评估可靠性寿命问题是当前可靠性工程努力寻求的方向。针对飞机副油箱尾锥可靠性疲劳寿命问题，采用加速寿命试验方法对其进行寿命评估，通过试验和部队试用证明方法是完全可行的。结果表明选择采用加速试验内场实验与外场使用试飞相结合方法是确定装备可靠性寿命有效途径。

| Abstract: | The reliability endurance test is an important method of increasing and ameliorating equipment reliability. Using the method of accelerated test to assess reliability life span is a positive aspect at present. In view of the reliability fatigue life of the aircraft auxiliary fuel tank cone, this paper adopts the method of accelerated test to assess its life span. The result shows that the combination method of the accelerated test in workshop and the test-flight in airfield is an effective way of determining equipment reliability life span. |
