废弃含能材料的资源化利用

摘    要:废弃含能材料主要来源于退役武器和超过储存期的弹药,是特殊性质的危险品,传统的处理方法是焚烧法,没有物尽其用,且造成环境污染。几种资源化利用的途径是:再生用于军事、转变为化工原料或产品、作为一般或特殊能源、作为主要组分制成民用炸药。研究结果表明,将其制成民用炸药,能充分利用含能材料特有的燃烧和爆炸性质,具有处理过程安全、处理成本低、操作简单、无三废排放及产品性能好的优点,利于实现工业化,是大规模处理和利用废弃含能材料的较好途径。

Abstract:As a kind of particular dangerous articles, obsolete energetic materials which mostly come from retired weapons and expired ammunition must be properly treated. Traditional treatment of destroying the articles by fire or by explosion makes no profits and causes pollution. Several kinds of recycle ways are studied: reuse for military, change to chemical raw materials or products, use as an ordinary or particular energy and use as main composition of industrial explosive. Among those the last one can take full advantage of the combustion and explosion characters of energetic materials and po-(ssess) good operation safety, low manufacture cost, uncomplicated process, no pollution, excellent pro-(duct) properties and advantageous to industrialization. Therefore it is the best process by which the (obso)-(lete) energetic materials can be fully treated and recycled.
