| 摘 要： | 为更加科学、客观地评价和选拔出版专业人才，编辑出版行业建立起了职业资格考试制度．出版编辑人员通过对考试中设置的专业辅导教材的学习和掌握，可以很好地提高自身的专业素质和业务水平．该制度的建立，可以促进编辑专业人才的培养，有利于加强鳊辑队伍的建设和行业管理，提高出版物质量和规范出版业市场．
