| 摘 要： | 本文是继"有根树状刚体系统动力学方程应用"一文所提出的方法,对汪芳高低杠大回环运动进行动力分析,指出所做动作的缺点,并进行多次动力学运算,得到优化动作的力学特性.由此形成动作优化方案,使教练提出的动作优化的训练设想具体化.从而为实现优化训练提供了理论基础.

| Abstract: | The paper is a follow-up paper to "Application of Dynamic Equation for Suspended Tree-Structure with Rootage". With the method described in the former paper, the dynamic analysis on Wang Feny's swinging on uneven parallel bars is studied, and the weak points in Wang Fairy's movements are pointed out, thus a proposalconcerning the action optimization suggested by her coach is concretized. Theoretical basis is provided for the coach to realize act ion optimization. |
