地区高校科技能力评价——基于高校科技统计数据的因子分析

依据高校科技统计资料,对我国31个省域高校科技能力进行评价。对所采用的评价指标运用因子分析法进行实证研究,结果表明:高校科技能力与地域差异有密切关系,影响高校科技能力的主要因子是科技人员、科技经费、科技成果产出、成果鉴定和成果转让5个因子。针对这一结果提出了完善高校科技统计指标、均衡人员与经费投入、促进科技成果转化等方面的建议。

Evaluation of Science and Technology Capability of Regional Universities——The Factor Analysis Based on the Statistical Data of University Science and Technology

This paper evaluates university science and technology capability of 31 provinces in our country based on the statistical materials of university science and technology.Factor analysis is used to have empirical study of the assessment index.The result shows that there is an affinity between regional differences and science and technology capability for action in universities,among which personnel,outlay,output,assessment and transformation of science and technology are the main affecting factors.According to this result,positive suggestions are proposed to improve the statistical index system of university science and technology,to balance the investment of personnel and outlay,to promote the transformation of research findings and so on.
